You are more in touch with yourself and often feel more confident. It is not necessary to meditate every day, and 10 minutes can be enough. There are many well-guided meditations on YouTube.

Be sure to choose a <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/jaquemus-nike-collaboration-minimalism-for-sports-fans" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sport</a> that you enjoy and that suits you. If you're doing a sport or workout that you really enjoy, you'll be more motivated to keep exercising and reach your goals.
Setting goals or establishing a training program can also be very helpful in getting a toned body for the summer. Balance is key: don't compare yourself to others, everyone is different, make sure you feel good about yourself.

On all my travels I often pack my own breakfast as I know I work well with it and it gives me energy throughout the day. It usually consists of buckwheat, with almond milk or water, nuts and seeds, fruits like blueberries and a little peanut butter on the side, or I take a grapefruit and I also mixes with nuts, seeds and fruits.
On Sundays, I often prepare <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/food/recipe-how-to-make-a-green-superfood-salad" target="_blank" rel="noopener">healthy dishes</a> for the week , juices and soups. Food is important and I can really enjoy really good healthy meals, but that doesn't stop me from having a few sprains with a glass of wine or a few treats from time to time.

Health is wealth . Take care of yourself, no matter what it means to you: a long walk, enjoying the little things in life, reading a book, meditating, taking a bath, spending time with your family and loved ones, going to a museum... alone, or anything that makes you feel happy, relaxed and grounded in reality .
