&quot;A well-groomed face alone will not look good,&quot; says one of the founders of the Era Esthetic aesthetic and laser medicine clinic, doctor dermatovenerologist-trichologist Jurgita Stoškienė, and she shares the biggest skin care mistakes and valuable tips especially for the warm season.

Jurgita, what beauty problems do you face in the summer and how can you avoid them?
In summer, due to the more active sun, the problem of increased <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/lilli-kelly-uplifting-the-skin" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pigmentation</a> becomes especially sensitive. Although we have over 100 laser systems and machines in our clinics for solving skin problems and body lines, and even 9 laser systems and machines for the treatment of all types of pigmentation, we usually stop most laser procedures for the treatment of pigmentation in the spring and return to them only in the fall. During spring and summer, we mainly perform <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/aloe-vera-and-its-benefits-for-skin-body-and-hair-check" target="_blank" rel="noopener">moisturizing</a>, skin barrier strengthening, redness reducing procedures and injections.
So that pigmentation does not increase during the summer, you should stop using (especially for those women who have hormonal pigmentation) alpha and beta hydroxy acids, which <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/skin-cycling-guide-skincare-exfoliate-retinoid-recovery" target="_blank" rel="noopener">exfoliate </a>the skin. Professional acidic procedures and, if possible, contraceptives should also be abandoned. About 80 percent in women who have hyperpigmentation, it is caused by hormones and the sun.
During the warm season, the skin should also be moisturized more intensively, because it is often very dry due to the sun, water and wind. If the problem is very serious and cosmetic products no longer help, complex facial treatments such as Hydrafacial, JetPeel, Intraceuticals can be performed. They not only moisturize, but also nourish, clean the skin, regulate sebum secretion &nbsp; and thus solves several problems at the same time.

What other procedures do you recommend?
In the summer, I recommend choosing mild procedures. It is better to reduce pigmentation with injections of succinic acid and biomimetic peptides than with acids or lasers. These procedures not only lighten, but also tighten and moisturize the skin, which is extremely relevant in summer. In general, nucleotides, succinic acid, liquid implant threads, biomimetic peptides,<a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/what-skincare-ingredients-should-you-never-mix-retinol-vitamin-c" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> lactic acid</a> are the injections of the future. Now it is no longer fashionable to rejuvenate the face only with hyaluronic fillers. The latest aesthetic medicine products have advanced so much that together with a professional doctor it is now possible to nurture the face in a very natural way. So that it looks like porcelain, cultivated but not inflated, with beautiful features unchanged, only accentuated.

What should women do when they have an oval face, when they are no longer satisfied with the image in the mirror?
For all women who have this problem, depending on the tissue and the severity of the problem, I recommend the Ulthera procedure from the age of 40. What are the most common mistakes women make?

A well-groomed face alone will not look good, as there will be an obvious difference between the face and the neck. Harmony is essential in the face, and we really can look good at any age.
It is also very important to monitor and respond to the changed needs of the skin, as they can provoke skin sensitivity and accelerate aging. In order to have healthy and beautiful skin, it is important to know that products suitable for autumn and winter will most likely no longer be suitable for summer.
Women prone to pigmentation, especially hormonal ones, needlessly love alpha and beta hydroxy acids. Acids only temporarily lighten pigmentation, but they reduce the skin's protective barrier and with the first rays of the sun, pigmentation becomes even more intense. Now there are really very effective means for treating pigmentation. By combining lasers and properly selected means, pigmentation of virtually any origin can be cured.
There are also still women who use too many fillers. Rejuvenating and contouring the skin with them alone is a "trend" of the last decade. Now, more than ever, there is a huge selection of returning and newly emerging multifunctional preparations. These are the biomimetic peptides I have already mentioned, which lighten the skin, reduce pigmentation, sebum secretion, tighten and smooth wrinkles. Succinic acid, which reduces redness and pigmentation and gives the skin a special glow, amino acids and nucleotides, which have a firming effect on the skin of the face, neck and d&eacute;collet&eacute;, polycapronolactone, naturally, without puffiness, contouring the cheeks or jaw line, liquid threads extracted from rice starch, rejuvenating the face, and many others.
