AGO Projects presents a unique and fresh proposal that stands out for its original process and, in the same way, its unmistakable seductive and sensory aura.

For AGO Projecgs, good design has an unmistakable and unrepeatable power: that of serving as an agent of positive transformation. The project supports artists and designers who work with handmade objects and with a high level of social and enviromental awarness in search of a more equitable society. Therefore, art does not just remain a series of inanimate and static objects for contemplation, but it evolves into a vehicle towards constant improvement. Following this initiative, it presents the Mono Rojo exhibition.
Mono Rojo is a dynamic and constantly transforming collective established since 2012 in the traditional neighbourhood of Santa Mar&iacute;a la Ribera in Mexico City, which brings together different artists under the premise of the pictorial interpretation of ceramics.

His creative process begins with the preparation of the clay in the workshop, which is based on a continuous investigation of the traditional practices of high-temperature ceramics in Mexico and Japan.
From this standing point, the different members of the group, accompanied by the participation of external artists in residence, deepen and experiment in technical and creative practice. The group has managed to develop its own language based on technique, color and sense of humor. Their production is characterized by certain nuances, shapes and drawing that allow us to percieve the specific hand of each artist, without failing to inegrate as a whole into the unique, seductive, sensory and unmistakable proposal of the group.

The collective is made up of permanent memebers and invited external artists, who collaborated together to develop new aesthetic lines and technical solutions that strengthen their creative practice.
In the active core of the workshop we find Olmo Uribe Aguirre, Jos&eacute; Pablo, Salvador N&uacute;&ntilde;ez, Ernesto D&iacute;ez, Rodrigo Trevi&ntilde;o, Waysatta Fern&aacute;ndez, Maya Sakuma, Hiroshi Okuno.

Ago Projects is a designer representation space started by Rudy F. Weissenberg and Rodman Primack . It has offices in the creative capitals of Mexico City and New York.
