Ukrainian brand &quot;Damirli&quot; presents a joint project with the non-profit organization &quot;Superhumans&quot;.

Designer Elvira Gasanova's <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/culture/war-ukraine-resistance-young-queer-foto-vovchenko" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ukrainian</a> <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/editorial-mens-fashion-spring-summer-2023-teenager-inspiration" target="_blank" rel="noopener">menswear brand </a>Damirli presents a joint charity initiative in collaboration with the Superhumans foundation, which focuses on rehabilitation programs for wounded soldiers.

The campaign models of the new "Damirli" collection are soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who lost their limbs during hostilities and are currently undergoing rehabilitation. The idea of this photo session is to show that even after severe injuries, a person's life can and should continue in the same rhythm as before.

Today's high-tech prostheses - such as those funded by Superhumans - are designed to meet any need and help you enjoy everyday life again. The photoshoot for the Damirli collection reveals that prosthetic wearers are the same beautiful, strong men whose personalities should not be judged differently because of their injuries.

Designer Elvira Gasanova says: "I have been following the activities of the Superhumans organization for a long time, I admired the help they provide to the defenders of Ukraine. The cooperation started with a donation of money to their foundation on behalf of the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/fashion/pharrell-fashion-collaborations-adidas-chanel" target="_blank" rel="noopener">fashion brand</a>, and then the idea of organizing a joint social project arose."

"We want to show how important it is to see our war heroes not through the prism of their injuries, but as inspiring people we admire. The war brought a lot of grief to Ukraine and we are all learning to live with it now. To stop perceiving prostheses as a forbidden topic is one of the most important steps towards the psychological rehabilitation of wounded soldiers", says E. Gasanova about the importance of the project.
Presenting a photo session of the new collection, fashion house "Damirli" is starting a funding campaign to raise funds to support the activities of the "Superhumans" foundation.
