The Ibiza-based designer showcased on Friday at St Paul&rsquo;s Cathedral

Friday night in London was all about Ibiza as Dalt Vila darling Annie Doble debuted her first solo collection during London Fashion Week. Doble&rsquo; Ibiza boutique, <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/portraits/annie-doble-portrait-ibiza" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Annie&rsquo;s Ibiza</a>, has become a by-word for vintage glamour and daring dress-up with a tight edit of one-off antique pieces and exclusive designer collaborations. Annie&rsquo;s own collection, inspired by the Ottoman Empire, 1950s' stage costumes and a gothic dose of Victoriana, distils the designer&rsquo;s the designer&rsquo;s own playful, personal style. &lsquo;I&rsquo;ve always loved to dress up and I&rsquo;m fascinated by reviving these &lsquo;lots&rsquo; silhouettes and techniques. Annie&rsquo;s Ibiza clients are always asking when I&rsquo;ll design my own collection and now just felt like the right time.&rsquo;

St Paul&rsquo;s Cathedral was the surprise setting for a show that pulled out all the stops. The 40-piece collection was presented by models including Ibiza&rsquo;s favourite muse, Sarah Qaiser, and watched by a high-energy crowd including radio 1&rsquo;s Nick Grimshaw, socialite Mary Charteris, Rick Owen&rsquo;s designer Tyrone Dylan and a very pregnant Daisy Lowe, who sparkled in a layered silver beaded dress. The legendary Sam McKnight was on hairstyling duties while Ibiza&rsquo;s Sofia Tilbury, niece of Charlotte, led the makeup team.

A sustainable ethos looms large at Annie&rsquo;s Ibiza, with the small-batch collection being entirely handmade and using deadstock fabrics and recycled beads. The white, chain linked Paillette Dress is&nbsp;constructed using 100 percent recyclable waste collected near the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/ibiza/like-living-inside-a-poem-annie-doble-s-guide-to-her-dalt-vila-neighbourhood" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Annie&rsquo;s Ibiza</a> Carnaby Street Store. Above all, the collection reflects Doble&rsquo;s effervescent character and high-octane Ibiza lifestyle. &lsquo;I wanted to create a collection that would last forever and could be handed down for generations to come. The pieces are inspired by ancient or forgotten techniques and silhouettes, but still bring that element of fun and glamour inspired by the hedonistic energy of Ibiza.&rsquo;&nbsp;
