Seth Meyers Criticised Kevin Spacey
A few months after director Ridley Scott cast the late Christopher Plummer in his brilliant performance as Kevin Spacey's replacement in "All The Money In The World," Golden Globe host Seth Meyers chose Kevin Spacey as his first victim. &ldquo;Good evening, ladies and gentlemen,&rdquo; Meyers began during her Golden Globe Awards 2018 opening speech (all was going normally), &ldquo;despite the events of 2018, of course, the show continues where it left off. Meanwhile, it was rumored that another season of House of Cards would be shot. So is Christopher Plummer a good fit for her too? "I hope he can pull off his Southern accent because Kevin Spacey definitely can't do that." Meyers did not leave Harvey Weinstein without his sarcastic jokes: "Harvey Weinstein is not here tonight because I heard rumors that he is a little crazy and difficult to work with. But don't worry, he will of course be back in 20 years when he is booed like crazy."
Actors Wear Black to Protest Sexual Harassment
"Me Too", one of the most comprehensive social activism movements of all time due to the echo it aroused, took down social media as of October 2017 and made its voice heard in Hollywood with the sexual harassment allegations against producer Harvey Weinstein. Golden Globe Awards Ceremony Canceled

After hosting the Golden Globes in 2010, British comedian Ricky Gervais was asked to return to the ceremony the following year.
