But it can do more than that: caffeine is a true <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/celebs-who-had-plastic-surgery-reversals-lip-filler-botched-botox" title="beauty" target="_blank" rel="noopener">beauty booster</a> and can keep our hair healthy. A good reason not to dump the coffee grounds in the bin!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The caffeine in coffee stimulates the <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/liquid-hair-hair-with-effect-gloss-and-trend" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hair roots</a> and promotes luminosity. Hair grows faster, is healthier and stronger. As a result, new hair grows back more vigorously and breaks off less often. The coffee grounds also have another advantage.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The powder acts as an exfoliant for the scalp and removes dead <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hautschuppe" title="dander" target="_blank" rel="noopener">skin cells</a> and styling residue from the hair. Whether wet or dry coffee grounds are used for this makes no difference and depends solely on the preference of the respective person. There are different methods for this. We now present 3 of them.</p>

<h5 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method 1: coffee grounds - without additive:</strong></h5>
<ol>
  <li style="text-align: justify;">Wash and rinse hair as usual with <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/caffeine-hair-growth-shampoo-to-shop-benefits" target="_blank" rel="noopener">shampoo</a>.</li>
  <li style="text-align: justify;">Then spread the coffee grounds into damp hair and scalp and massage in. Leave on for 10 minutes.</li>
  <li style="text-align: justify;">Then wash off thoroughly with lukewarm water.</li>

<h5 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method 2: Coffee grounds as a paste:</strong></h5>
<ol>
  <li style="text-align: justify;">Mix the coffee grounds with a little water to make a paste.</li>
  <li style="text-align: justify;">Wash and rinse hair as usual with shampoo.</li>
  <li style="text-align: justify;">Massage the paste into damp hair and leave on for 10 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly</li>

<h5 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method 3: Hair mask with nourishing oil:</strong></h5>
<ol style="text-align: justify;">
  <li>First, the coffee grounds are mixed with lukewarm water to form a paste.</li>
  <li>Now add a few drops of a natural oil. <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/beauty/almond-oil-benefits-skin-hair-care" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Almond oil</a> (protects against split ends), olive oil (provides rich care) or burdock root oil (especially for fine hair) are particularly nourishing.</li>
  <li>Massage hair mask into damp hair and leave on for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.</li>
