A confidential address, tinged with discreet luxury. The hotel establishment, housed on a peninsula, offers around thirty rooms which all offer a view of the bay, some with a private terrace out of sight.
The decoration, meticulously thought out by V&eacute;ronique Vidoni, offers a feeling of a cocoon in each room. The delicacy of the attention given to details, the choice of materials, the marked naturalness: Suar wood, travertine stone, weaving of date palms... The carefully sourced <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/art/unearthing-ibiza-s-contemporary-ceramics-scene" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ceramics</a> and pottery give a reassuring touch and we have the feeling of entering a resolutely designer Mediterranean family home. LUNCHEON ON THE GRASS
The <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/travel/rooftop-restaurants-nyc-happy-hour" target="_blank" rel="noopener">restaurant </a>has its tables here and there, in the shade of the umbrella pines, for a shady lunch by the water. We revel in a convivial and generous summer kitchen. The chefs give pride of place to local products, especially fish, and happily mix Italian, Spanish and of course Corsican inspirations. You will then only have to walk a few metres to relax on the deckchairs of the hotel's private beach. A beach that you can also leave for a sea trip via the private port, twenty rings made available by Casa Santini x Roc Seven. &nbsp;A Corsican parenthesis out of time.
