The building is 20 meters high and 120 meters long. Surrounded by trees, valleys and wild animals, there is a beautiful garden with a water pond on the property. The minimalist furnishings are bright and modern. Round windows offer a varied view of the idyllic landscape. The complex's irrigation system is based on <a href="https://www.lofficielibiza.com/portraits/actor-nathalie-kelley-hosts-sustainability-forum-in-ibiza" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sustainability</a>: water used in the apartments goes into the in-house water treatment system, whereby it can be used again to irrigate all green areas.

A lot of sweat and passion was put into loving renovation work to preserve the authenticity of the building. There is a swimming pool outside for private use.
