Opening Friday 13th of June, the <a href="https://www.instagram.com/urusai.ibiza/">Urusai Sunset Bar</a> is El Silencio&rsquo;s newest ritual for the season.

A sculptural space tucked behind the restaurant - designed for slow, intentional listening. Minimal in spirit, it opens as the light begins to soften. A spiralling column anchors the room - built not for dancing or posing, but for tuning in.

The sound is curated by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/jaime.fiorito/">Jaime Fiorito</a> - DJ, selector, island native. Son of the legendary Alfredo Fiorito, Jaime brings emotional depth and quiet precision to his vinyl sets. He plays what feels right - pulling from Ibiza&rsquo;s storied archives - Padilla, Alfredo, Ricardo and Piti Urgell - and blending them with rare finds and familiar echoes. The music doesn&rsquo;t accompany the room. It defines it.

Drinks follow the same instinct. Japanese flavours layered with Mediterranean ease. A Wasabi Margarita - spiced but elegant. A Lychee Martini - crisp and cooling. A Yuzu Negroni - bittersweet with a citrus edge. Cocktails that sit quietly in your hand - part of the atmosphere.

Mauro Colagreco is back in the kitchen. His food carries that same quiet confidence - grilled octopus, lobster pappardelle, bluefin tuna tartare. Generous, honest and fire-led. (And yes, the churros are still essential.)

As the sun disappears behind the cliffs of Cala Mol&iacute;, the sky deepens into blue - and something shifts.
