The Max Mara fashion show presented by Ian Griffiths at Stockholm City Hall brings together tradition, romanticism, literature and Nordic customs. Among the stars in the front row present at the show, Lily Collins, Lili Reinhart, Demi Moore, Amy Adams and Kiernan Shipka were also spotted.

And Stockholm is a city that is experiencing an incredible moment in terms of culture, architectural development and design&raquo;. And as usual, the intellectual and sophisticated woman of the German brand is on stage on the catwalk.

The romantic and feminine approach of Ian Griffiths does not fail: &laquo;We have explored a legend linked to the pagan rites of the midsummer, in particular that of the seven flowers: it is said that if the girls find seven different types of flowers and compose a bouquet to hide under their pillow they will dream of their beloved. Here those flowers have become part of our herbarium and the leitmotif of some of the prints in the collection&raquo;. In Max Mara's Resort 2024 collection, sophisticated suits with gigot sleeves, ankle-length skirts, capes to be worn with bow ties appear: the tailored silhouette and austere style of the 1900s are reinterpreted in a modern key in this Max Mara collection. And finally, floating tunics with all-over flowers, coats and looks with a folk aesthetic lexicon full of pom-poms, tassels and studs.
