Shaped like an Easter egg, the balloon conceals an intense and enveloping almond and roasted vanilla praline, while its arabesques evoke Art Nouveau motifs. The passionflower adorning the gondola recalls the hotel's Art Deco fa&ccedil;ade, a subtle fusion of art and technique. The wicker gondola, containing a Tahitian vanilla caramel and an almond-roasted vanilla biscuit praline, comes to life thanks to a mechanism suggesting the movement of propellers, suspending the egg with lightness and poetry.
