"If you simply remove skin from the eyelid without repositioning the eyebrow, the result can appear frozen or artificial." The bleph brow lift is distinguished precisely by this commitment to precision. "We may observe: transient swelling and bruising, temporary sensitivity of the scalp or forehead, and more rarely, residual asymmetry or visible scarring." But "serious complications are exceptional," provided that the procedure is performed according to strict guidelines and with great precision. Recovery itself follows a reasonable timeline: "Swelling and bruising last on average 7 to 10 days," with a return to social life after two weeks, while the appearance of the eyes continues to refine for several weeks.
